Opening lectures

Oral presentation

  • Maximum size A0 (120 x 90 cm), vertical orientation
  • 3 minutes plus 2 minutes of discussion

 

CONFERENCE OUTCOMES

 

BOOK OF ABSTRACTS (CD)
Abstracts of all presentations (poster/oral) sent before the deadline will be included in the Book of Abstracts, provided the registration of first author is completed.
Each author may submit only one abstract as the first author. Co-authorship is allowed in two other abstracts.

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS (online)
Only full papers of oral presentations (NOT posters) sent before the deadline and recommended for publication in the peer review will be included in the Conference Proceedings. 

 

ABSTRACT

  • Required information:  Title, Authors, Affiliation (University/Company, City, Country), Keywords. 
  • Abstract should be written as a single paragraph with recommended, not necessary structure (purpose, methods, results, conclusion).
  • Format:  300 - 500 words, *.doc, font Times, size 12, single spacing

FULL TEXT

  • Required information:  Title, Authors, Affiliation (University/Company, City, Country), Abstract, Keywords.
  • Recommended structure: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References
  • Both in-text citations and list of references should follow APA Style, Sixth Edition 
  • Format:  7 text pages maximum (including tables, figures and references), *.doc, font Times, size 12, single spacing
    1. Figures title formatting (placed below the figure): Fig. No: Figure title text
    2. Tables title formatting (placed above the table): Tab. No: Table title text

POSTER

  • Maximum size A0 (120 x 90 cm), vertical orientation
