There are two international airports close to Brno - in Prague and in Vienna.
For airport transfers from both cities to Brno you can use Student Agency coaches that stops at the City centre.

By Bus
There are two bus stations in Brno - Grand Hotel and Zvonařka.
Grand Hotel Bus station
Bus station is located in the City centre opposite the Grand Hotel, near the Brno main train station.
Main bus stop for all Student Agency coaches.
Zvonařka Bus station
Bus station is located south from the City centre, main bus stop for all bus companies except Student Agency.
By Train
Main train station is located in the City centre.
The train station is located at the main railway line (Berlin - Prague - Vienna - Budapest).
